We arrived back home yesterday and I wanted to say thank you. The villa was everything we hoped it would be and more. The pictures do not do it justice. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had. Miss Hazel and Miss Christiana were amazing and so helpful, although I can tell you we did not need to call on them for anything. They checked on us regularly. The weather was perfect. The views beautiful and it was our own little piece of paradise for the 10 days we stayed. We all agreed we would recommend it to other friends. My sister's mother-in-law who lives in Tobago came by for a visit and a tour and she asked for the link because she could not believe what a wonderful little paradise it was and well worth the price. She is also going to recommend it to friends. It was wonderful to wake up to the sounds of the different birds and to hear the waves of the ocean constantly. We felt safe and secure. We cooked some wonderful meals on the barbeque and were always in the pool or the plunge pool on the extremely hot days for a cool down. Also because of the size of the villa, even with 10 people there, everyone could have their own little private space and still enjoy the sights and sounds and weather. We did not at any time feel crowded. Some people ventured into Scarborough on foot and we even discovered a new little restaurant down the street called the Cafe Havana where my friends surprised me with a birthday dinner. We all ventured down to the beach which was peaceful and breathtaking. Thank you again for everything and for all your assistance in the booking and preparation for the stay. We loved it.

  • Jacqui, Trinidad

The ocean view from the veranda is fantastic. The gardens are lush with tropical fruit bearing trees. It's a great place to relax and have fun !!

  • Janet, New York

Seabreeze is a spacious and comfortable villa overlooking the Atlantic side of Tobago. There are 6 bedrooms - we used 5 (the 6th is a bunk bed room for kids). All the mattresses are good (comfortable!) and every bedroom is air conditioned. The design of the house is such that the top and bottom floors are separate, making for privacy - for example, my son's family effectively had their own unit. We spent most of our time on the large veranda above, nice shady area below - and of course around the pool. Everyone LOVED the pool. My husband did a lot of bird watching right from the veranda. Special note: the staff was great! One comment - the house is definitely not new - so not for you if you're looking for gloss. But for space, comfort, and great views, it can't be beat.

Our stay at Sea Breeze Villa was an exceptional experience. With breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful landscape you will not want to leave. Then there are the pools, which are also another reason to stay in and relax. However there is access to the Bacolet beach with just a few steps away. Located just minutes from Scarborough this lovely villa had enough room for my family. Clean and welcoming, it makes you feel like you are home. We had no issues with our stay and will definitely stay here again in the future. Staff were very helpful and so friendly. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a home away from home while staying in Tobago.

Hands down this is our family's favorite villa in Tobago, we've stayed here twice and already planned for a third trip. Location is amazing with a unbelievable view, comfortable living space and rooms as well as a Great pool. There's more than enough space for our large family gatherings and it's not a far drive from most tobago activities while still being secluded enough to give you enough privacy and comfort. We hands down love seabreeze and highly reccommend to anyone considering staying here. Henry is a great host who always replies promptly to any requests and inquiries.

At first I was nervous because the company was based in the UK and inquires was done via email. All my fears was put to rest after I was sent the Manager info whom was based in Tobago. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at the above mentioned villa. So thank you Mr. Henry and you team.

Hi Henry, I've so busy with work and preparing my son for a new school. I just wanted to thank you for renting us your wonderful villa, myself and the rest of my family had a blast ! Ms Hazel and Ms Christina were very much helpful and accommodating and they both kept things smooth and running. Please look forward for us spending some time again at your warm, beautiful, paradise of a villa in the near future, again many thanks.

  • Romona

On behalf of my family let me say thank you. We had a wonderful time at your villa. The Julie mangoes hit the spot. Best view. My grandchildren loved the pool. Looking forward to staying at the villa in the near future.

  • Rhonda

Hey Henry. We've stayed in many villas I can safely say sea breeze was the best experience the entire family has had very homely and amazingly kept. We stayed for hours in the pool.

Dear Henry, I apologize that I haven't written sooner. We got back to a snowy Brooklyn late last night. Regarding our stay - we had such a fantastic trip. The house was beyond expectation and we rarely left the property. Everyone had the space and comfort to enjoy themselves thoroughly. Hazel was so helpful and Christiana was a complete joy and thorough care taker. I can't say enough about the villa and the incredible memories our stay created.

  • Lloyd Forbes, Norway

Hi Henry. Thank you so much for our stay at seabreeze. We all had a wonderful time and we have already started to talk about going back in 2016, hopefully we can rent your beautiful villa again.

  • Micheline, Trinidad

Pleasant good evening Henry, I would like to extend my thanks to you, on behalf of my family for your hospitality. Debbie was also such a gem!! I trust that she has sent you word on our stay.

  • Ammena, London, U.K.

I hope that you are in good health. I just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay in your beautiful villa, the wedding was nice and romantic, it rained on the wedding day but the sun came out for the official blessings. We had a lovely time, the accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed. We managed to get the last of mangoes, they were really sweet and also some coconuts. I will send your some photos when they come back from the printers. If any of my colleagues are looking for accommodation in Tobago I will certainly point then in the right direction. Thanks for the wedding gifts, Raisa and Dave could not believe what Debbie brought them, they were over the moon. They brought it back to London.

  • Gaius George, Houston, Texas

My traveling people and I do truly appreciate you opening up your villa for our use this past week. I've traveled quit a bit staying in different villas around the Caribbean and this experience on Tobago was by far the best experience. Ms. Debbie was quite an entertaining host and her checking in on us on a daily basis was more than what we expected but it did definitely bring us some security knowing we had a locals insight on things Tobago. We all have added Tobago to our must visit again list and when that does happen we will be in touch with the Villa Seabreeze once again. I will recommend Tobago and the Seabreeze to all my friends contemplating traveling to the Caribbean. Many thanks again!

  • Scott & Anna, Nova Scotia, Canada

Hope the pictures give you some idea of what a wonderful time we had in Tobago. Thank you so much for letting us hold our wedding at your villa - it was the perfect venue! The gardens are absolutely stunning - we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting - just a shame about the rain that day but at least it stopped in time for the ceremony! Now back to reality in Nova Scotia! Thank you once again-we really did appreciate it.

  • Joelle Paul, Trinidad

My family and I stayed in Villa Sea Breeze from March 5 to 8 2011. It was a total of 8 adults and 3 children wirh ages ranging from "retired" to one year old and we had a fantastic time. We usually stay in and around Crown Point but we opted for a change this time. We were not disappointed as the Villa is located in a great little niche in Bacolet and the views from the balcony are surreal. Many of us wanted to move in! The Villa is very comfortable and roomy with lots of space for children to expend their energy. It has great little extras like a library with some great books to relax with and WiFi access (though we were disappointed that we forgot our laptops. Sonya, the Manager was very friendly and accessible at all times to help make our stay more comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised to find that many household cooking and cleaning necessities were available at the Villa. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ay the Villa. this will be our new first choice in Tobago.

  • the Mahoneys, U.S.A.

What a wonderful place for a family reunion! The villa had loads of room, comfortable spaces to sit and read, sun, swim and share meals for 10 people. Looking through the open kitchen window at the setting sun on the water was unforgettable. The archway loaded with pink bougainvillea was a perfect setting for photos. Vernette kept the place spotless.Sonya answered all questions and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. It was just heaven. I was glad to have brought a few food items from home, as the grocery stores did not provide for "picky" eaters. The spacious kitchen was outfitted with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, microwave, several toasters and even a blender for our pina coladas! There was a washer and dryer, too, which was so nice. The pool was delightful and the hot tub, although not working the entire time we were there, was relaxing. Can't have everything!! We enjoyed the Havana Cafe for dinner one night and Bacolet Beach (both within walking distance)for drinks at the beach bar. Also, not to be missed: the Botanical Gardens (make sure to get a guide to learn the most), Fort George, Argyle Falls and the Tobago Cocoa Estate. Our visit to SeaBreeze will long be any hotel. It was truly a home away from home. Thank you!

  • Bob Lewis, U.S.A.

Our expectations were high, and the villa met them and more. We were a group of 10, filling the 6 bedrooms. Beds were made up daily by Vernette, who also cooked a delightful meal for us one night. This was a combination family reunion / bird photography holiday, and so we had rented several vehicles, permitting us to go separate ways and gather back for meals. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, coffee makers, toasters, etc. and the view from the deck is delightful, with the Trinidad ferry and cruise ships passing by. It's an easy walk into Scarborough, and we found the nearby Cafe Havana was very nice for dinner one night. The caretaker lives next door, and welcomed us the first day. She couldn't have been nicer, checking in a couple of times to make sure all was well. We had a great time, and photographed some nice birds. I'd like to be back there right now!

I had a wonderful holiday in Tobago, staying at Villa Sea Breeze. This lovely, spacious, house is situated in what must be one of most stunningly beautiful locations in Tobago. The house is set in a mature garden with many tropical trees and colourful flowering shrubs. The terrace overlooking the sea commands the most beautiful view out to sea and over towards Crown Point. You can hear the waves breaking against the rocks below and watch the sunset as the breeze cools you with a silky touch. There were ten of us staying in the house, and we all fitted in very well. Plenty of space inside and out, with the nice warm swimming pool and also a covered jacuzzi for those who needed to cool off. Although we made several trips around the island and to various other beaches, after initial exploration we were all somewhat reluctant to leave our beautiful surroundings. In particular we loved Bacolet Beach which is only 5 minutes walk (or 1 minute in the car!) away. This palm-fringed beach has everything you imagine a tropical beach should have. It is totally unspoilt, clean and not crowded, with plenty of natural shade, and also good for surfing. We particularly enjoyed the old-fashioned beach bar where they serve delicious rum punches. It was certainly our favourite beach and we met local people who also said it was the best beach on the island. I have stayed in many beautiful places but this little corner of Tobago has a very special place in my memory.

  • Tom & Susan Hanson, U.S.A.

The villa is without a doubt, in the best location on Tobago! You can be as close or as far away from everything you'd ever want! The view is spectacular....Trinidad; sunsets every evening from the decks, the pool level or down swimming / snorkeling by the rocks below the villa. Of course you can also see the rare cruise ship and the daily T & T express coming into Scarborough. The villa is very spacious and very quiet. We had six adults and a three year old. Only two of us stayed upstairs and the rest downstairs. We never head a sound when they came up in the morning to fix breakfast. The only sounds were the lapping of the ocean, the sounds of birds and the breeze/wind mingling through the leaves every so often. Suffice it to say, that you have a very tranquil environmental soundtrack anytime of the day or night. Storage is no problem, either. You could bring clothes for six months and never run out of room to put them....lots of closet and drawer space. Bathrooms are spacious. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Felix was delightful and did a great job with keeping the pool clean and the grounds looking luscious. Vernette is a doll and makes the villa feel brand new everyday. We have travelled extensively in the Bahamas, Caribbean, Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, etc and this is one of the loveliest settings in which we have stayed. Treat yourself soon to Sea Breeze villa....before everyone else finds out about it!

  • Olivia Hennessy, U.K.

We stayed in the Seabreeze villa for one week in June 2008. It was such a beautiful place. The surroundings are spectacular. Overlooking the Atlantic, set on a hillside. There was always a pleasent breeze. The grounds were in the sun all day which made hanging out in the pool very enjoyable. The pool was always really warm especially in the evenings as it had been heated up by the sun all day. The Jacuzzi is heated when needed and is huge and easily fit all of us. The villa and grounds are very spacious, there was 9 of us staying in the villa, but during the day and evenings we were joined by 4 more people. Even then there was plenty of room for everyone to sit eat, drink and play. The villa is very well kept. The staff are brilliant. Sonya is the villa manager and she is a real gem! She would assist anytime we needed her, and was quick to sort out any issues we had (not that there were many). We got married in the grounds of the villa which was amazing. It is fair to say it was most definitely the best day of our lives and we had Sonya to thank for all of it. She arranged everything, the band, the decor, the cake, catering, pastor...and it was all better than we could ever had imagined. We have all come away with some amazing memories, and we will most definitely be back!

  • Susan Jones, U.K.

Seabreeze is in an idyllic spot – far reaching views directly over the sea and towards Scarborough – sitting in it's own lovely grounds filled with the yummiest fruit tress, breakfast has never tastest so good! The birdwatchers amongst us were enthralled without having go further than the balcony and left with much of their bird list ticked off, including osprey sightings. Plenty bedrooms, all with aircon (if needed), wireless connections for your PC, invaluable if you have to stay in touch with business matters but we also found it great for on the spot tourist info, numerous places to dine inside and out, and a lovely swimming pool that became our son's second home. Tobago has a wide variety of acommodation standards but if you relish the thought of a safe and secure holiday house with the luxury of masses of space and all your home comforts look no further – we would thoroughly recommend Seabreeze. We visited for 12 nights and came home relaxed and smiling!

  • The Hutchinsons, U.K.

Sea Breeze is in the most beautiful location imaginable and even nicer than the website pictures promised. The villa had plenty of space for us and our 5 teenage/early 20's children to spread out and relax after a hectic week in Trinidad. We felt very privileged to be tucked away in our own corner of paradise, while still in easy reach of everywhere. In particular being only ten minutes by car from the other side of the island enabled us to go on wonderful turtle watching expeditions to Courland Bay in the late evening. We self-catered most of the time and it was bliss to sit on the verandah eating the barbecued Barracuda we had caught earlier in the day. The seas were unseasonally rough which prevented us from snorkelling, so we appreciated the cool pool and balmily warm Jacuzzi in their stunning setting all the more. Sea Breeze is an exceptional place!

  • Florence Hunt, U.K.

OUR STAY WAS SIMPLY WONDERFUL AND I LOVE YOUR BEAUTIFUL SEA BREEZE. I WOULD GO THERE EVERY CHRISTMAS IF IT WERE LEFT TO ME!!! We all agreed with the lyrical comments made in your visitor´s book about the idyllic location, the beautiful views, sunsets, amount of space, and plenty of room for the 10 of us dining either inside or out. What mattered to me most was the spectacular beauty of the site and the lovely Bacolet beach with its charming restaurant. I really think it was our best family Christmas ever. Our journey out was ghastly but Mr James was there to meet us at 11.00 pm or thereabouts! Vernette was charming and on Thursday offered to cook for us and shopped and made us a delicious meal after our day out boating in high seas. We were glad to be able to stay in! Despite having problems with the kitchen water heater (and less help in the house because of Christmas), please know the holiday was truly wonderful. And I feel sure you have the most beautiful house on the island! We were very privileged to be there. Thank you again for letting us have that one week! Very best to you and I DO hope there will be another opportunity to visit again. Its such a lovely island I would love to invite some friends another time. In fact we are having a large house built on a Greek island on a headland 3 minutes walk from the beach (2 years to be ready). Maybe when its built we can think about exchanging places!

  • John Macgillivray, U.K.

Villa SeaBreeze is a luxurious house on the east side of Tobago and to the north of Scarborough. We spent a ten day holiday there in March 2007 and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone considering going to Tobago for a holiday. The villa is right on the sea front high (about fifty steps down to the water) with wonderful views towards Trinidad which you can just see on a clear day. There is a secluded beach close to the bottom of the steps and a more public one five minutes' walk away at Bacolet. This beach has a bar and restaurant run by the local hotel. The villa is well equipped with four double and two single bedrooms and a total of six bathrooms. The living rooms are large and spacious. The terrace is excelllent for sitting out on, either in or out of the sun. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and barbeque in the garden. There were ten of us on the holiday and the there was plenty of room for us all. We had two air conditioned cars which we used to explore the island and for shopping. We thought the location was ideal. Being on the east side of the island with a gentle breeze seemed to keep the mosquitos away. We were often woken in the morning by a raucous family of chacalacas (Cocrico) the national bird of Trinidad & Tobago who would regularly return in the evening. We were well looked after by the property managers who live next door, by the maid and the gardener. In summary we had a wonderful holiday and are planning to return again to Villa SeaBreeze. We would certainly recommend it to anyone else considering going to Tobago.

  • Tanja Williams, U.K.

I meant to say something here last year after visiting SeaBreeze again. I have now been every year since it opened in 2004 (3 times)! It is a breathtaking spot and unbelievably good value compared to other places on the island (and the rest of the Caribbean come to that!). Admittedly the first year there were a few teething problems – the Jacuzzi heater kept tripping the fuses – we ran out of water – the ac unit in my bedroom was faulty – but we still fell in love with the place! Last year was pretty smooth and this year not a hiccup – everything is new from the pool loungers and pool equipment to both the fridges, not to mention the TV, DVD and CD player and so on. The villa itself is wonderfully spacious and comfortable and has stunning views out over the sea. There are so many palces to sit outside in the shade or in the sun and there is usually a steady breeze. There are steps down to the sea where you canbathe or snorkel off the rocks or scramble round to a small ´private´ beach accessible only to the amazing Villa Ohana (but 4 times the price!!!) and the neighbours. By car you are 5 mins from Scarborough and the fish market and shops and clubs, 1 min from Bacolet beach and the No Problem Beach Restaurant and Bar, 20 mins from the airport, 15 mins from the other side of the island and two golf courses (if you like that kind of thing!). You are also in a much sought after part of the island away from the main tourist areas where all the building is going on. Bacolet beach is brilliant because it is next to the Blue Haven 5* hotel so is kept very clean and tidy and has lots of shade too. What more can I say? Oh yes the staff are very friendly and helpful and the villa is in a large garden where you can help yourself to the fruit in season (if the gardener does not pick it for you!). There are avocado, lime, grapefruit, banana, mango, breadfruit and coconut trees so you won´t starve either! I have been now with groups of friends and this year with my family and they all loved it so I thought I ought to share this little gem with you – just don't all go when I want to! I cannot recommend this place strongly enough.

  • Harry Stokes, U.K.

Six of us stayed at the villa and had a wonderful time. The villa is well located looking out over the sea as is, importantly, the pool and a huge jaccusi. The managers were polite and helpful and the gardener provided an endless supply of coconuts from the trees in the garden to mix with local rum and pineapple juice. Local restaurants are good enough but the kitchen is sufficiently large and well-stocked to cook a great meal at home, and there were plenty of chairs and table space for far more people than just the six of us. The bedrooms were comfortable and the facilities kept very clean. We had a great week and will certainly go again.

  • Amanda Elderfield, U.K.

We stayed at `Seabreeze` in September and had a wonderful time there we were met from the airport on arrival at the villa were introduced to Janelle the housekeeper who showed us around and also took us to the supermarket and were to shop the next day. The villa was very well equipped with laundry, dishwasher and cable TV as well as telephone and fax. The bedrooms had a/con and where a nice size with the rooms we used having un-suite and well decorated with lovely bedding. The staff where very helpful and not introsive and suggested good restaurants, beaches and places to visit. We loved the fruit that Felix gave us in the morning and the gardens were very well kept and enjoy to walk around. The pool and jacuzzi were just to die for especially watching the sun go down from the jacuzzi with a carb in hand just heaven. The pool was a good size and suitable for all with easy steps to gain access, and the jacuzzi was big enough for my son to practise his snorklling in, with the cover over good for small children to use and keep out of the sun. The position of the villa is just breath taking watching the boats in and out of Scarborough and the turtles passsing at night, and with the gentle sea breeze it makes seabreeze just the best in our eyes. We had a very relaxing 2 weeks and with a active 7 year old this is no mean feet!! We had a hire car and explored the island the car was arranged by the owner for us and was waiting when we arrived at the villa as well as a welcome pack for us. The villa being so big we didn`t feel that we were rattling around even thought there was 3 off us, and if there was the ful amount of people it could take theres plenty of space in the gardens and around the pool to find a shady spot off your own. We did eat out a lot but the villa has a BBq which we had many as we didn`t want to leave the villa. Overall we felt Seabreeze gave us everything and more that we were looking for in our carribean holiday, the villa was just breath taking, well equipped in a fantastic position with good friendly staff.

  • Bergendahl Famaily & Friends, Gothenburg, Sweden

This was our first week in Tobago and we got stunned when we arrived at your villa!! What a treat to be able to have breakfast with such a beautiful view, and birds all around us. Since my brother got married to a local girl, we have experienced a lot of the Caribbean traditions, including the devastating Rumpunch!! We would like to give a very special thanks , first of all to Sonya & Michael, who made oue stay even more enjoyable, Janelle, for making a very special dinner for us, and of course felix, who enlightened our breakfast with fresh fruits. I am sure that when I say, I would love to come back soon, I speak for everybody.

  • Misty Stapleton, U.K.

Thank you for such a beautiful location for our wedding. We were welcomed warmly by all of the staff at Sea Breeze. I’d like to say a special thank you to Michael, who arranged some beautiful flowers, and to Janelle, who helped out on the day of the wedding. And to Sonya, who was always around to offer a helping hand.

  • Krilich Family, Ohio, U.S.A.

Sea Breeze Villa is paradise. Thank you for a fantastic week. It could not have been more perfect! With a family of 15 (now 16 after the wedding), planning a vocation is quite a feat, but Villa Sea Breeze could not have been better. We had more than enough room, perfect location to the church and hotel where the wedding was, and everything was gorgeous. All of the other guests of the wedding were so jealous of our accommodations! Thank you to Sonya, Felix & Janelle for all of your help. We especially are grateful to Janelle for being our private tour guide!

  • Tony, Amanda & Aaron Elderfield, Oxfordshire, England

Our second visit to Sea Breeze – didn’t think it could be even better, but it was. Thank you very much Sonya, Janelle and Felix for making us very welcome and looking after us so well.

  • The Campbell Family, Scotland

Great relaxing time. Well looked after and friendly staff. The “Lynx” was always a lure when it came in and out of the ole harbour – great view from ole balcony! Plenty space and a wealth of wildlife – ole nightly aerobatics of ole resident pair of bats, were much more fun than TV before turning in! Our week went by all too quickly.

  • Jon(13) & Charlotte(15), South Yorkshire, England

Had a great time! Snorkeling was amazing!! Lots of fun in the pool and the Jacuzzi is lovelyWatch out for the bugs …. They bite!!
